Hotel Policy

·      Check out until 12:00

·      If the guest finds a damage upon arrival, the management must be notified.

·      Prior to the scheduled departure of the guest, the room is checked for damage. If damages are found, the guest is obligated to compensate the hotel or replace the damaged item.

·      Pets are not allowed.

·      In order for the reservation to be completed, the client must pay in advance 30% of the total cost of stay by a deposit to the company bank account or by using Western Union. Then we must receive a proof of the deposit. The remaining amount is paid off at the hotel upon arrival.
